Critical Propulsion
The Starting Point

The Ignition Workshop

Bring a problem. Leave with proof.

Ignition is a 5-day engagement. Your team brings a real problem. Our swarm works on it from Day 1 morning. By Day 5 you have a working prototype, a prioritized backlog with delivery probability bands, a reference architecture tailored to your stack, and a full engagement plan for what comes next. You don't evaluate us on a deck. You evaluate us on what we built.

Everything we produce belongs to you. If you don't continue to a Pulse engagement, you keep the work.

How it works

Five days. Two modes.

Mornings are yours. You and your team are in the room with our Product Delivery Lead and Product Engineering Architect. Decisions get made. Afternoons belong to the swarm. Agents and humans build against the morning's decisions. Every day ends with something concrete your team can react to the next morning.

Day 1
Problem Framing and Swarm Ignition
Your team frames the problem, defines scope, and signs off the handoff brief. The swarm stands up the prototype scaffold, generates reference architecture v0, and produces the first mockup pass.
Day 2
Mockups and Backlog Refinement
Your team reviews mockups end to end and refines the initial backlog. The swarm iterates mockups to high fidelity and begins building the core feature flow.
Day 3
Architecture and User Flows
Your architect validates the reference architecture and walks through user flows. The swarm builds the prototype to a working state and finalizes the architecture.
Day 4
Sizing and Engagement Proposal
Your team reviews the probabilistic banding output and pressure-tests confidence scores. The swarm finalizes the backlog, runs Monte Carlo sizing, and produces the engagement plan draft.
Day 5
Final Walkthrough and Readout
Morning: final prototype demo and loose-end resolution. Afternoon: CP Leadership walks the room through all five deliverables as a coherent story and presents the engagement proposal.
What you leave with

Five artifacts. Yours to keep.

The engagement is structured around five artifacts. Every one is handed over at the end of the week. No proprietary formats. No lock-in. If you don't continue to a Pulse engagement, you still keep the work.

01

Working Prototype

A clickable end-to-end slice of one core feature, built as real code in a shared environment.
02

Probabilistic Banded Backlog

Every feature classified as Feature, Flow, or Architecture, with confidence scores and Monte Carlo delivery ranges at 50, 70, and 90 percent.
03

Reference Architecture

System design tailored to your stack, showing how AI integration fits with your existing systems. Diagrams and narrative, built against the constraints surfaced on Day 1.
04

Swarm Team Model

Human and agent composition for a follow-on Pulse engagement, mapped to your specific problem.
05

Pulse Engagement Plan

A cycle-by-cycle roadmap with scope, timeline, and decision gates, built from the banded backlog.
Low Risk by Design

Designed to be evaluated.

Artifacts are yours regardless.

Every output is handed over in full. No proprietary formats. If you don't continue to a Pulse engagement, you still keep the work.

No lock-ins. No scope games.

Each phase is sized to be evaluated, not extended. If we don't earn the next step, the engagement ends here.

Founder-led close.

Matt and Vance run the Day 5 Readout personally. You see the work and hear directly from them on what comes next.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. Tell us what you're working on.
